My life. This is a small entry into the mind of which that is me. Listen to it, and you might undestand me better. Who knows what this entails in the order of things, I only hope that the order things is good, other wise I might have to go to work.

Summer....
Well its about 3:05 AM right now and I got bored so I took this pic of me on my system. Its moved from its original location and it needs to be moved again. My length is long not long enough!!!! (ethernet that is...) So as soon as I get a 50 footer (yeah, thats ETHERNET...sicko) I can move my computer again. I know I know, my computer area is filled with junk at the moment. I need to clean up, but I don't seem to have the strength to actually start cleaning. So anyways, my bro got back from san diego a week early. So I get the digi cam again! yay! New pics of my system and a proper pic of me posing will eventually come. Maybe I might take some pics of my bro's fishies as well...only time will tell.. So anyways enough of this endless talk and here is me in one of my worst appearances....

WOOHOO!!!!!!!! I GOT TO TEST OUT A RADEON 9800 PRO 128MB TODAY!!!!! ON MY OWN COMPUTER!!!!! My friend Andrew came over with his R350 to test out whether or not it works and to make sure its running at proper speeds. But it looks good! Due to some driver issues, it took us quite a bit to find a proper place to compare it. My old 3Dmark scores was based on the Catalyst 3.4 drivers but I benched the 9800 Pro 128mb with my Cat 3.5's. His scores was about 60 pts above my overclocked Radeon 9700 Pro but its about 400 pts. faster than mines at stock. Hmmmm well we'll see how mines performs with Cat 3.5's soon enough. I also spent most of today just messing with my computer then I went over to Andrew's house to check out his new cool looking case, motherboard and the wonderful pair of Corsair XMS PC3200C2 2x512MB TwinX Platinum RAM Sticks (that was a little long wasn't it? hehehe). We're still debating on who has the faster computer, but I don't know. He says I have the better overall but I think he might beat me in 3dMark 2003. I think the best bet is to run a batch of 3dmark 2001 SE to see true system performance. while I was there I got to test out his Trillian program as well as his pretty cool optical trackball (5 buttons nonetheless, by microsoft and looks surprisingly like my Explorer mouse but being a trackball). He also showed me this cool mod on his old Voodoo 3 3000 (which is actually still fast enough I say to run a lot of games quite well (well as enough to play, though he does have that Radeon 9800 Pro just laying around......) for Half-life. It looks like max payne and plays like Firearms. He also showed me his Firearms mods which were pretty cool. I mean he had a G36 skin as well as a OICW skin for his G36.....lmao. Other than that I had dinner which was excellente with the finely cooked steak. Better than anything i've eaten at a restaurant too! yum. he thinks he might be able to solder back on my torn off potentiometer for my Spark 7 fan. WOOHOO no more 43 decibels and everyone in the house complaining! I will just have to build his computer. :-). Fun stuff. Anyways he got to my house at about 2 o'clock and I went to his house at about 6 pm. I left at about 10 pm, so that was about 4 hrs each. So Yup. Fun stuff. Also my bro won a big on a Canon S400!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!! The camera is so small and super cool features as well as a 4 megapixel CCD!!!! AWESOMENESS!!!!! Can't wait till I can get my hands on it so I can update all my pictures! My current pictures are taken with a wussy camera that isn't worth a damn. The next one will be AWESOMENESS (I mean 500 bucks off ebay isn't going to get u something cheap........). Yeah some bad news did happen though. Me and my once best friend is no longer best friends.....I mean me and juan will always be friends...always. But there are just some differences between us I guess we couldn't stand. Its been building up for months and I guess it finally came out. We might be best friends again in the future but I don't know. Only time will tell but at the moment, no best friend. All myfriends are my good friends. No one at the moment is better than the rest. Again I would like to say that i love e-mails. I guess thats about it. Song of the moment - Avril Lavigne - I'm With You.

A long time ago.....
*begin story*
It was a long time ago. A time when I was but a mere child in the world, barely reaching the 5th year of existence. A time in which I think there was a life changing event that dictates my personaility, my future, my career, my life. And I nearly blew it away. As you all probably know of my geekiness and how I am with computers and games, you'd understand the situation I'm about to explain here. I was 5-year old. A know nothing, care nothing (cept for the scary stuff that lurks behind every door and dark corner) little kid just living life as if it meant everything without knowing that it meant everything. Typical childishness. But back to the story. I was just cruising along the electronics section at the then called "Price Club" (its Costco now if you did not know though my mum still refers to it as price club) as I always did the moment I get to any store with electronics (geek even as a child, yeah I know). So anyways my brother suggested to my dad and convinced him to buy this new-fangled machine I had never heard of. It was called a Nintendo Entertainment System or NES for short. So there I am just listening....however my first questions was do we need it? how much does it costs? why do we need it? And stuff like that. I was brought up on the idea that if its not absolutely essential, we don't need because of my very family's very limited income. I almost never bought toys and within months I learned to stop asking to buy them because I understood the effect it would have my family. I still am to this point known to be very scrutinous with my cash flow as I still try to rarely buy food (because i don't think u need food, its not like I need to live or anything.....) and general vacations and stuff. ( Though I technically don't need a $300 sound system, 24-bit crystal clear audio fidelity, 5.1 channel surrond sound, the fastest computer of anyone I know just to get those jagged edges off my games or one of the best video cards on the market to be able to see a couple of patches in my game just little bit clearer, or 325.07 cubic feet of airflow rushing over my system every minute just to be able to push the speed of the system a little bit farther........but thats just the oxymoron that i am :-P) So there I am arguing with my brother and attempting everyway I could possibly could to convince him that we do not need spend the then outrageous sum of $109.99+tax on a system just to play games on a tv....childhood, heh. Who knew that it was that system, that little grey box that you put even smaller grey boxes into, which opened up the entire world of gaming into my mind. It started with that and there is still no end in sight. It brought me into gaming and my love for it. In the quest for better gaming, I have learned countless facts on computers, history, and general know-how. It defines me. It is my mecca. But the important thing in this is that had I actually managed to convince my brother to not buy the wonderful little grey box, what would have changed? Would I be the person I am now? Would I still have the same friends (very unlikely)? How would my life have been different? Would I still be the geek I am known to be? So many different possiblities that could change the way I act and feel, all due to one little event. One little grey box. The irony of life. Heh, children............

Well I learned that i'm going to either go to the 1st or 7th level of Hell. I took it twice cause there were some questions that were questionable so I answered both. First time around I got the 7th level due to some of my more "violent" ideas. But second time round I umm I forgot what i changed but I got the 1st level this time round. Yay for 1st level because thats basically oblivion. I mean heaven is nice and all but i'm afraid i might get bored. Unless its impossible to get bored then I'd want that. But getting there wouldn't be easy so i'm just content with oblivion so I wouldn't havet worry bout anything. So yup. Here's the 7th level.
